The Challenge
The new website needed to tackle rising platform fees while continuing to grow The Ridge House brand. It needed:
A direct, cost-effective alternative for guests to book without excess third-party platform fees.
Updated content and information tools; blog, FAQs, rate cards and forms, to keep guests informed.
A dedicated space for micro-wedding enquiries, plus a way to showcase guest reviews and testimonials.
The Solution
We rebuilt The Ridge House website as a second-generation site centred on direct booking. The site includes:
Lodgify integration via a sticky booking bar on the homepage, linking guests straight to direct booking.
An updated, optimised blog for Kristy's ongoing local guides and tips.
A dedicated micro-weddings landing page.
A CMS setup for guest reviews and testimonials.
Updated forms, FAQ and rate card pages.
The result is a website built to extend the warmth and hospitality of The Ridge House, all the way through to the booking process, giving guests an easy, direct way to book, and giving The Ridge House a fresh new website and a space to continue telling its story.
